En contiac somos conscientes de la importancia que para ti supone el uso que hacemos de tu información personal y el modo en el que la compartimos. Apreciamos la confianza que depositas en nosotros para que tratemos tus datos, y en este documento te detallamos nuestras pautas en el tratamiento y dónde puedes ejercer tus derechos.

¿Con qué finalidad nos proporcionas los datos?
Los datos que proporcionas a través de los formularios disponibles en el portal son necesarios para poder cumplir con sus finalidades, las cuales te indicamos a continuación:
1. El formulario “Contacto” está creado para responder a todas las solicitudes relacionadas con los Contenidos y Servicios que ofrecemos. Puedes acceder pinchando en este enlace: https://www.contiac.com/contacto
2. El formulario “Contiac Express” está creado para solicitar de manera fácil y rápida un presupuesto sobre alguno de los servicios jurídicos que ofrecemos en Contiac. Puedes acceder pinchando en este enlace: https://www.contiac.com/contiacexpress-pi0de
3. El formulario “Empleo” está creado para valorar tu candidatura para posibles vacantes en Contiac. Puedes acceder pinchando en este enlace: https://www.contiac.com/formulario-empleo
4. En la página eventos puedes registrarte en nuestros "eventos y webinars". Al inscribirte, trataremos los datos para gestionar tu participación en el evento o webinar remitirte comunicaciones relacionadas con los mismos, incluyendo a través de medios electrónicos.
5. Además, en caso de que así lo hayas consentido, podremos tratar tus datos para remitirte comunicaciones comerciales a través de cualquier canal sobre actividades, formaciones y servicios de Contiac, así como de nuestros colaboradores, en caso de que expresamente nos hayas autorizado.
6. Adicionalmente te informamos acerca del posible tratamiento de datos de usuarios de redes sociales a través de nuestros perfiles corporativos de contiac con las finalidades permitidas en cada red social, incluyendo fines analíticos.
En cada uno de los formularios se te informará del carácter obligatorio o facultativo de tus respuestas . En caso de que no nos proporciones alguno de los datos que te pedimos como necesarios no podemos garantizarte atender la solicitud o prestarte el servicio que corresponda con cada formulario. Los datos que nos proporcionas en ningún caso serán utilizados para fines distintos de los que te señalamos en cada caso.
¿Por cuánto tiempo conservaremos tus datos?
Los datos personales proporcionados no se conservarán más tiempo del necesario para los fines del tratamiento y, en concreto, respecto de los datos que solicitamos en cada uno de los formularios:

Datos de tus solicitudes de contacto: Conservaremos tus datos hasta que hayamos cursado tu solicitud o contestado a la información por la que contactases con nosotros.

Datos para solicitud de presupuesto a través de Contiac Express: Conservaremos tus datos hasta que finalice el servicio de solicitud de presupuesto.

Datos de candidaturas de empleo: Conservaremos tus datos hasta que nos solicites la baja o transcurridos un año desde que efectuases el alta.

Datos de eventos y webinars: durante el tiempo necesario para gestionar su participación en el evento y/o webinar.

Datos de comunicaciones comerciales: mientras no solicite su supresión.
En el caso de que revoques tu consentimiento al tratamiento de tus datos de carácter personal procederemos a la supresión de tus datos. Esto quiere decir que no podremos acceder a tu información y únicamente se guardará durante los plazos que establece la normativa aplicable para poder responder a peticiones de las autoridades competentes y atender posibles responsabilidades derivadas del tratamiento.
¿Cuál es nuestra legitimación para el tratamiento?
La base legal para el tratamiento de tus datos es tu consentimiento. Puedes revocarlo en cualquier momento, pero los tratamientos de datos con ese fin efectuados con anterioridad no perderán su licitud por el hecho de que el consentimiento se haya revocado.
¿A quién comunicamos tus datos?
contiac no cederá los datos personales de los Usuarios a ningún tercero sin una base jurídica que legitime ese tratamiento.
Esto significa que no compartiremos tus datos personales con terceros salvo:

Cuando tengamos obligación legal para ello. En ese caso, podremos comunicar tus datos a las autoridades y entidades que así nos lo requieran.

Para la correcta prestación de los servicios solicitados por el Usuario. Podrán tener acceso a tus datos personales los encargados de tratamiento de Contiac es decir, los prestadores de servicios que tienen que acceder a tus datos personales para poder desarrollar las funciones para las que fueron contratados. Además, queremos informarte de que con estos prestadores de servicios se firman contratos de encargados de tratamiento que cubren todas las medidas de seguridad adecuadas para garantizar la protección de sus datos de acuerdo con la normativa vigente de protección de datos.

Colaboradores y patrocinadores de nuestros eventos y/o webinars, en caso de que sea necesario para la organización de los mismos y, en caso de que lo autorices, para que puedas recibir información sobre sus actividades, eventos y formaciones.
Te garantizamos que cuando tus datos pudieran salir del Espacio Económico Europeo, mantendrán el mismo nivel de protección en base al cumplimiento de las disposiciones previstas en la normativa europea de protección de datos. En este sentido, las transferencias internacionales de datos se realizarán (i) a países con un adecuado nivel de protección declarado por la Comisión Europea (ii) en base a la aportación de garantías adecuadas tales como cláusulas contractuales tipo o normas corporativas vinculantes o (iii) en virtud de la autorización de la autoridad de control competente u otros supuestos previstos en la normativa. No realizaremos transferencias internacionales de tus datos de carácter personal aparte de los casos que te acabamos de indicar.
¿Cuáles son tus derechos como titular de datos de carácter personal?
Como Usuario de la Web tienes los siguientes derechos:

Derecho de acceso: tienes derecho a solicitar información sobre qué datos de carácter personal tuyos estamos tratando, si es que tratamos alguno. La información que te podemos dar en este sentido es qué datos son, con qué fin los usamos o si los hemos comunicado a terceros o encargados, entre otros aspectos.

Derecho de supresión y limitación del tratamiento: en caso de que no desees que sigamos utilizando tus datos, o bien que solo los utilicemos con finalidades limitadas puedes ejercitar este derecho indicándonos si deseas que procedamos de esta manera bien porque no desees que sigamos tratando los datos con la finalidad para la que los recabamos o bien porque haya desaparecido el motivo que originó su tratamiento.

Derecho a no ser objeto de decisiones individualizadas: no trataremos en ningún caso tu información para tomar decisiones individualizadas ni elaborar perfiles personalizados.

Derecho a presentar una queja ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos: si consideras que tus derechos han sido vulnerados, podrás interponer una reclamación ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, en la manera indicada en el sitio web www.aepd.es
Puedes ejercer estos derechos enviando un email con tu solicitud a privacidad@contiac.com acompañado con una copia de tu DNI o documento similar que nos permita identificarte. Por último, tienes derecho a presentar una reclamación ante la autoridad competente en materia de protección de datos (www.aepd.es), en caso de que tengas conocimiento o consideres que se han vulnerado sus derechos en materia de protección de datos.

We appreciate that you put your trust in us to process it with the due rigor and caution. This document details the Privacy Policy in force at each moment, being your duty, as user, to review the text periodically to check that you agree with it. From the moment you visit the website (https://www.contiac.com), you accept and consent the conditions specified in this Privacy Policy. Please, in case you do not agree with our Privacy Policy, do not continue browsing through our web and do not include information on our forms.
It is your responsibility to read carefully this Privacy Policy. We update our Privacy Policy and our Legal Notice periodically, being applicable in each case the latest version we uploaded. We recommend you to read periodically these texts to know accurately the terms governing the functioning of the Web.
Who is the Data Controller?
Contiac is the Data Controller of the personal data collected through the website https://www.contiac.com (hereinafter, the “Web”). The Web is owned by Contiac. You can find our contact details at the footer of the Web.
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is explaining you how we collect your personal data and how we process it. Moreover, this policy also explains which rights assists you as user of the Web and how to exercise them.
We are commited with the protection of your online privacy, and we want to assure you that we will process your data transparently and safely. According to the provisions of the current legislation about data protection, specifically, the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016
on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). Contiac commits to comply with the current legislation on data protection and to adopt the legal, technical and organizational measures to avoid damages or losses of the personal data of the users and customers.
For what purposes do you provide us the data?
The data you provide us through the forms available in the Web are necessary to accomplish their purposes, which we indicate below:
1. The "Contact" form was created to settle a channel to answer your requests regarding the Contents and Services we offer. You can access to the form clicking the following link: https://www.contiac.com/contacto
2. The “Contiac Express” order form was created to enable you to request easily and quickly an estimate for one of the legal services we offer. You can access to the order form clicking the following link: https://www.contiac.com/contiacexpress-pi0de
3. The "Job Recruitment" form was created to evaluate your candidacy in case we need to fill any job vacancies in Contiac. You can access clicking the following link: https://www.contiac.com/formulario-empleo
4. On the events page you can register for our "events and webinars". When you register, we will process the data to manage your participation in the event or webinar and send you related communications, including through electronic means.
5. In addition, if you have consented, we may process your data to send you commercial communications through any channel on activities, training and services of Contiac, as well as our partners, if you have expressly authorized us.
6. Additionally, we inform you about the possible processing of data from users of social networks through our contiac corporate profiles with the purposes allowed in each social network, including analytical purposes.
In each form you will be informed about the compulsory or optional nature of your answers by including an asterisk in the mandatory fields. In case that you do not provide us the data we request, we cannot grant you to attend your application or to provide the corresponding service. The data you provide under no circumstances will be used for other purposes that the indicated above.
How long will we store your data?
The personal data provided will not be kept longer than necessary for the purposes of the data processing and, in particular, concerning the data we request in our forms:

Data provided on the Contact form: we will keep your data until we have completed your request or reply to answered your enquiry.

Data provided on the Contiac Express form: we will keep your data until the estimation application service is completed.

Data from the Recruitment form: we will keep your data until you request its cancellation or after one year since the moment you provided the data.

Events and webinars data: during the time needed to manage your participation in the event and/or webinar

Commercial communication data: as long as you do not request its deletion.
In case you revoke your consent for the data processing we will delete your data. This means we will not be able to access to your information and it will only be kept for the periods established by the applicable regulation, to be able to answer the requests from the competent authorities and to meet possible liabilites resulted from the processing.
Which is the legal basis for the data processing?
The legal basis for the data processing is your consent. You can revoke your consent at any moment, but the data processing made previously for that purpose will not lose its legality on the mere fact that the consent has been revoked.
To whom do we communicate your data?
Contiac will not transfer the personal data of the users to third parties without a legal basis that legitimize that data processing.
This means that we will not communicate your personal data to third parties, except for:

When we have a legal obligation. In that case, we can communicate your data to the authorities and entities that require it.

To ensure the correct provision of the services requested by the users. Our Data Processors, that is, our service providers that have to access to your data to develop the functions they were hired for, will be able to access to your personal data. Besides, we want to inform you that we sign Data Processing Agreements that cover the appropriate security measures to guarantee the data protection according to the current regulation on data protection.

Collaborators and sponsors of our events and/or webinars, if necessary for the organization of the same and, if you authorize it, so that you can receive information about their activities, events and training.
We guarantee that when your data may leave the European Economic Area, they will maintain the same level of protection based on compliance with the provisions of European data protection regulations. In this respect, international data transfers shall be carried out (i) to countries with an adequate level of protection declared by the European Commission (ii) on the basis of the provision of appropriate guarantees such as standard contractual clauses or binding corporate rules or (iii) by virtue of the authorization of the competent supervisory authority or other cases provided for in the regulations. We will not carry out international transfers of your personal data other than those indicated above.

What are your rights?
As User of the Web, you have the right to know if we process your personal data. What are your rights?

Right of access: you have the right to request information about what personal data of yours we are processing, if any. The information that we can give you in this regard is what type of data is, what is the purpose of their processing or if we have communicated them to third parties or Data Processors, among other aspects.

Right of opposition and not to be the object of individualized decisions: we will not process your information in case you oppose the data processing, nor to make individualized decisions nor to elaborate personalized profiles.
